i was on my way home after my macdonald's breakfast. when i reached the lift lobby i realised both the lifts were serving somebody else so i took the stairs. and when i approached my apartment door, i saw a tiny ktten clamouring around the spokes of my bicycle wheel, mewing pitifully, sounding a bit like sem doing her rendition of yenrong's name. so i was wondering what was wrong with it, if it was stuck or what. so i freed it from the prison of my bicycle spokes and set it down on the floor. no sooner than i had done that did it start frisking from one end of the corridor and back again, mewing very very loudly. so i decided that the mewing was not related to the spokes. so i concluded that it must be hungry. so after stroking the cat a few times, i went into my house in search for food. FOR THE CAT. i found a biscuit and took it out to give the cat. what i did not expect was a grown cat trying to eat the kitten's neck. i was about to throw a ruler at the grown cat when it hit me like a bomb. THAT IS THE KITTEN'S MOTHER. so i wached from a cautious distance while the mother attempted to carry its child by the scruff of his neck back to the "birthplace". which was on the fourth storey. when she arrived at the birthplace, i was suprised to see that there were three other kittens. the mother left three kittens behind to search for the missing one. imediately i was reminded of the story of the sheperd. how jesus will leave behind all his 99 sheep to search for the missing one. and just then, i experienced the presence of god, like he was standing next to me, and i could feel his love overwhelming me. it was like nothing i had every experienced before.
praise jesus.
